When we bought the tiles, the site indicated they were sealed. Now, the current site claims they aren’t sealed. These tiles stain like crazy! When I reached out to them, they insisted the website stated they weren’t sealed at the time of our purchase and that they updated the site five days later! That’s just not the case, as we double-checked and it clearly said they were sealed. The tiles look terrible because of this and are a nightmare to clean. Plus, a bunch of them came chipped. They did send replacements, but I had to argue with them, which delayed our project and added extra costs. Overall, a really disappointing company to deal with.

I’m honestly at a loss for words about how incredible this company is. I was looking for some tiles, but they were out of stock. The folks at Stone Tile Company took my info and let me know when they expected to have more. They kept me in the loop about how many I wanted, checked in when the stock came in to see if I still wanted it, confirmed delivery, and even helped me track it on the delivery day. When I had a hiccup and couldn’t make it back in time, they reached out to the courier, who called me while on the way and worked it all out. The tiles showed up safe and sound. Honestly, it was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had!!!!!

These tiles are just fantastic! I’ve had them installed in a herringbone style in my kitchen, and they look stunning. Now, the delivery part? Not so much. For some odd reason, the three small boxes had to be sent via pallet, which cost a pretty penny. There wasn’t any clear info (maybe I just missed it) that I needed to be home. I happened to be around, but I missed the driver because I was in the shower. After about 20 minutes, I got a call saying if I didn’t ring back in 10 minutes, I’d miss the delivery and have to pay to reschedule. Luckily, the driver was super nice and came back when I called him directly, but it felt like it could’ve turned into a real mess since they wouldn’t just drop the tiles off on the driveway. It’s all a bit too complicated. I’ve got a tiler lined up, so I would’ve been pretty upset. So, to wrap it up, the tiles are awesome, but the delivery process could use some serious improvement.
